This App is apple and android compatible and runs on all smart phones and tablets. It has been designed to be easy to use on your phone and you can either print, email or text reports directly from your phone or pad.
Or, you can synchronise your reports to our cloud based database which keeps your work backed up and gives you an easy to use database of work done each year and smart search functions.
You can set a property up on-the-go and synchronise it later. Or you can set up a property in our cloud database and synchronise to send details to your phone.
The App includes template email wording to make it easy for you to:
- Send reports to tenants giving them 10 days to raise any concerns
- Email reports to landlords
- Email reports to your Client (if you do outsource work for an Agency)
